According to the Ministry of Solidarity and Health, electronic cigarettes or hookahs, included in the term "electronic vaping devices," are considered everyday consumer products, as are their refills (cartridges or refill bottles, or in our case, called "flavors"). They reproduce the sensations of a traditional cigarette or hookah made of tobacco.

In our case, all our Hooky flavors (e-liquids) are guaranteed to be nicotine-free.

They are made from vegetable glycerin, propylene glycol, and various aromatic substances. All these elements are not considered toxic to humans, although there is currently no official study on the harmfulness of electronic cigarettes or similar devices, of which we are a part. However, experts and public authorities all agree that they are less harmful than tobacco products.

"Tabac Info Service" states that the e-cigarette or e-hookah "reduces or eliminates the risks of serious illnesses such as cancer. It is much less harmful than the classic cigarette, even if other risks may be identified in the years to come."

According to the latest report from the High Health Authority (HAS) dated 2014, electronic vaping devices are considered useful "to stop or reduce the consumption of tobacco by smokers."

Finally, passive vaping does not expose individuals to carcinogenic substances.

Let us not forget that there is no combustion of tobacco, plants, or additives; it is indeed vaporization.

However, we do not recommend the use of Hooky to pregnant women, individuals with heart problems, respiratory disorders, and fragile individuals. The "Hamon" Law on Consumption was published in the Official Journal on Tuesday, March 18, 2014. It now regulates the prohibition of selling electronic cigarettes to minors.

Article 36 modifies and supplements article L. 3511-2-1 of the Public Health Code, which establishes the prohibition of selling "to minors under the age of eighteen:

"1° Tobacco products or ingredients defined in the second paragraph of article L. 3511-1

"2° Without prejudice to the provisions relating to the retail sale of products meeting the definition of a medicinal product within the meaning of Article L. 5111-1:

"a) Electronic cigarettes or any other form of electromechanical or electronic inhaler simulating smoking;

"b) Liquids, whether or not containing nicotine, intended to be consumed with an electronic cigarette or any other form of electromechanical or electronic inhaler simulating smoking."

Warranty

Hooky electronic hookahs are covered by a warranty valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Consumables (heads, candles, tips, and flavors) are not covered by the warranty.

To benefit from an intervention under the warranty, you must have the warranty certificate or purchase invoice from an authorized Hooky dealer.

If you have lost your warranty certificate or invoice, you can obtain a duplicate from an authorized dealer.

If you purchased your Hooky on the hooky-shisha.com website, the customer service already has your purchase invoice.

The Hooky repair center can repair your Hooky even if it is no longer under warranty. However, this procedure will incur repair fees.
