Nothing. You will receive a confirmation email. Your order is validated and ready to be shipped as soon as possible.

My order has been validated but I haven't received a confirmation email. What should I do?

First of all, please wait a few minutes.
Check your spam folder or unwanted mail in your inbox.
If you still haven't received a confirmation email, please contact us indicating your contact details (name, surname, email address, and date of order). If you paid via PayPal, please provide your transaction number.

How can I cancel my order?

Simply contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has already been shipped, you can exercise your right of withdrawal. The product must be returned to us, in its original condition, at your own expense.
We will proceed with the cancellation and refund once the product has been received by us.
Please note that the right of withdrawal is valid only if the product has not been used and within fourteen days following the delivery of your package.
